Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Visited during the extreme temperatures, air con in the rooms was amazing, down to 16 degrees. Staff friendly and helpful, room very clean and a decent size, modern, bathrobe, slippers on request. Breakfast made to order, so lovely and fresh. Second stay here and my go to for Birmingham summer or winter!!
